The 3rd world is Maoi themed (Easton Kingdom) as there are Maois in the background as well as Maoi-looking enemies as well.one of which just rushes at you at full speed and the scrolling could cause them to appear right in front of you =_= The 2nd world is an underwater themed world (Muda Kingdom), but doesn't involve mario swimming underwater, merely platforming normally The first world is Ancient Egypt themed (Pyrapt Kingdom) The visuals are serviceable although the setting of the games are odd:

The end of each 3rd level of a world has you go against a boss 2 simply require you to get behind them and touch an object that will end the level, whereas the other 2 are shoot'em-up style battles!

The first 2 levels of each world end with 2 doors, going through the upper door gives you a chance at a bonus round where you can get extra lives, whereas the bottom door just lets you end the stage. The game has 12 levels, 3 for each World. Overall the game has some nice platforming challenges and the OST was overall OK. Thankfully the 3DS release allows for save states so it made things less tedious. The main issue I had though was that the controls felt a bit unresponsive at times which led to some irritating deaths. I rather enjoyed this a lot more than SMW. Grinding for better gear before going after the dungeon boss is always a possibility. If you're not ready to fight the endboss of a dungeon and are still building up your character, the hitpoints (Again, just an example.) miight be the better choice. So- if you're trying to decide between something that will give you new but powerful attacks and something that might, for example, raise your hitpoints, look at your character. (Plus to hitpoints, extra card draws per turn, etc.) Just remember when choosing that cards represent things you MIGHT draw, but buffs are ALWAYS on as long as you are wearing the item. Loot can give you special abilities (Cards, not all good.) or buffs.
